* The registration fee includes access to the electronic proceedings, the reception cocktail (on the 23rd of June 2025), the conference dinner (on the 24th of June 2025), the coffee breaks and the lunches during the conference days.

** The one accompany members fee includes the reception cocktail (on the 23rd of June 2025), the conference banquet (on the 24th of June 2025) and the lunches during the conference days. Prices for payment until the 28th of February 2025. After that date there will be a 50 € increase.

Cancellation policy - with written cancellation: 1) before 20th of April a refund of the registration fee will be made (less 35 € for administrative charges); 2) before 10th of May 2025 a 50 % refund of the registration fee will be made (less 35 € for administrative charges); 3) after 10th of May 2025, no refunds will be made after that date.
